Hello everyone! My beloved has excelled with lunch today. He baked the fillets of salmon in the oven and they just melted in the mouth. This was served with some stir fried peppers and mushrooms and a jacket potato. I have asked him to cook the salmon like that in future as it is especially delicious!
This morning I went into town to meet Beth and we enjoyed browsing round shops together. We had a good chat and enjoyed a wholemeal scone and a drink together. This is the day that the Lord has made and I rejoice and am glad in it.
